Thinking is Carl Jung’s point of reference for his scientific work on decision-making. Key aspects of the thinking function, in its most abstract form, are presented in the homepage headed, Setting a Point of Reference. Those aspects are applicable to all four nuances of the thinking function. In this section a further differentiation is made in accordance with Jung’s concepts and criteria for each nuance. The relation to the three principles referenced earlier will be discussed.
